About Ram

Ram Reddy is a technology executive and strategist with over three decades of enterprise experience spanning AI, ERP, cloud, and omnichannel transformation. As CTO for Consumer Industries at Nagarro, he helps global organisations design future-proof architectures and navigate technology strategy at scale. Ram advises MTMG on enterprise technology direction, AI strategy, and systems architecture.

Ram Reddy

CTO, Consumer Industries — Nagarro

● North ● East

Ram brings a rare combination of strategic vision and hands-on technical depth to his work. With more than thirty years of enterprise technology leadership across retail, apparel, footwear, manufacturing, and oil and gas, he has built and transformed complex global systems at scale — from greenfield architecture to multi-continent ERP rollouts serving hundreds of millions in revenue.

At Nagarro, Ram leads technology strategy for consumer industries — working with CIOs, IT leaders, and business stakeholders to make sense of AI, cloud, and the architectural decisions that determine whether organisations move forward or stand still. He is recognised for his ability to see the whole system, translate strategy into execution, and hold both the big picture and the technical detail at once.

His career includes serving as CIO at Rockport, where he designed a global architecture to replace 161 legacy systems and built an entirely new omnichannel technology foundation from the ground up. He has held senior technology leadership roles at Wolverine World Wide, Harte Hanks, and Reebok, and began his career in management consulting with Accenture and Ernst & Young.

Ram holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and brings a global perspective shaped by engagements across North America, Europe, and Asia. He does not sit in client engagements. He sits with us — so we can serve better.

Enterprise Architecture & AI Strategy

Ram's experience designing global, integrated technology ecosystems — and his current focus on AI-first architecture at Nagarro — gives MTMG a grounded, experienced perspective on the technology decisions that matter most to enterprise and mid-market clients. When complexity is the problem, his instinct is always toward clarity and sustainable design.

Mark Meerkamp

Head of IT — Heubeck AG

● East ● West

Mark's career spans more than twenty years inside one of the world's most demanding enterprise technology environments. At Thermo Fisher Scientific, he progressed through a series of increasingly senior roles — from managing complex IT infrastructure across EMEA sites to serving as Senior Business Relationship Manager for Enterprise Technology and Operations, and concurrently as Managing Director of Thermo Fisher Scientific IT Services GmbH.

That breadth of experience — spanning project delivery, infrastructure leadership, multi-site operations, acquisitions integration, and senior stakeholder management — gave Mark a perspective on enterprise IT that is both operational and strategic. He understands what it takes to keep complex systems running, and what it takes to move them forward.

Today, Mark leads IT at Heubeck AG, bringing that same discipline to a mid-size, specialist professional services environment. His work there reflects something MTMG values deeply: that thoughtful technology leadership is not reserved for large enterprises — it is exactly what organisations of every size deserve.

Mark does not sit in client engagements. He sits with us — so we can serve better.

Kevin Fitzpatrick
University of New Hampshire
About Kevin

Kevin Fitzpatrick is an Instructional Technologist at the University of New Hampshire and an award-winning technical trainer with twenty years of experience designing and delivering learning programmes across enterprise software, home automation, and higher education. Kevin advises MTMG on learning design, technology adoption, and how organisations build the internal capability to use the tools they invest in.

Kevin Fitzpatrick

Instructional Technologist — University of New Hampshire

● North ● East

Kevin has spent his career solving one of the most persistent problems in technology: the gap between what a system can do and what people actually know how to do with it. As a technical trainer, instructional designer, and learning programme developer, he has helped organisations across industries close that gap — through enterprise software implementations, custom training programmes, on-demand video libraries, and faculty-facing instructional technology support.

His background spans enterprise software training at B2W Software, home automation systems at Savant and Russound, and technical training management at AVDG. In each setting, the challenge was the same — take complex, technical subject matter and make it genuinely usable for the people who need it most. Kevin has won industry recognition for that work, including the Mark of Excellence Award for Best Manufacturer Training.

Today, as an Instructional Technologist at the University of New Hampshire, Kevin works with faculty, instructional designers, and external clients to design learning experiences that meet people where they are. His work at UNH reflects the same instinct that makes him valuable to MTMG: a belief that technology only creates value when the people using it feel genuinely supported.

Kevin does not sit in client engagements. He sits with us — so we can serve better.

Learning Design & Technology Adoption

Kevin brings MTMG a perspective that is easy to overlook in technology strategy: that successful implementation is only half the work. The other half is making sure people can actually use what has been built. His expertise in instructional design, curriculum development, and enterprise training helps MTMG think clearly about adoption, enablement, and the human side of technology change.

Daniel Turner

Director, Data Governance & Visualization — Thermo Fisher Scientific

● North ● West

Daniel has spent more than a quarter century inside one of the world's most complex enterprise technology environments, progressing from web development and infrastructure through senior IT management, global programme leadership, and now a director-level role shaping data governance and visualisation strategy across a global organisation.

That depth of experience — accumulated entirely within a single, continuously evolving enterprise — gives Daniel a perspective that is rare: he understands not just how to design governance frameworks, but how organisations actually absorb and sustain change over time. He has led IT transformation programmes, built programme excellence teams, driven automation into PMO and reporting processes, and standardised strategic supplier partnerships at scale.

His current focus on data governance, data quality standards, and internal platform enhancement reflects themes that run throughout MTMG's work with clients — the conviction that clarity, rigour, and well-governed information are the foundations of good technology leadership, not optional extras. Daniel holds an MBA from Manchester Business School and brings a distinctly European, enterprise-grade perspective to the advisory network.

Lauren Harper

Resell Ops Partner Manager — ServiceNow

● South ● East

Lauren's career has been built at the operational heart of some of the technology industry's most significant partner ecosystems. Across more than sixteen years at Dell — progressing from customer care through financial analysis, sales operations, and global programme management — she developed a deep understanding of how large technology organisations actually function: the processes, the cross-functional coordination, the KPIs, and the moments where friction quietly costs money and momentum.

At VMware, Lauren led global operational programmes supporting channel migration to SaaS, working directly with development and engineering teams to deliver automation through API integration — and earning the Collaborator Award for her work integrating distributors into partner acceleration programmes. At Dell, she received the Champion Award in 2021 for her contributions to business growth and transformation, including delivering a ten-day reduction in order cycle time and doubling revenue growth within a strategic partner relationship.

At ServiceNow, she now builds and manages resale partner programmes from the ground up, serving as the primary operational resource for seven strategic reseller accounts. Her work sits at the intersection of partner strategy and operational execution — exactly the territory where well-designed ecosystems either hold together or quietly fall apart.

Founder & CEO — S&H Interactive

● North ● West

Carl's technology career has taken him from the CIO chair at Joan Fabrics to Senior Vice President of Technology at ZoneLabs, and through a decade leading TeamBound Technologies — a consulting firm focused on engagement, user interaction, and the digital infrastructure that supports meaningful customer relationships. Along the way, he developed a perspective on technology that is both operationally grounded and strategically far-sighted.

Earlier in his career, Carl served as Senior Director of IT at S&H Greenpoints, overseeing the technology vision and day-to-day leadership for one of the most recognised loyalty brands in American retail history. That experience — understanding how technology can sustain and evolve a long-standing brand relationship with millions of customers — stayed with him. In 2021, he founded S&H Interactive to bring the S&H Green Stamps brand back, built for a modern engagement landscape.

What makes Carl's perspective valuable to MTMG is the breadth of contexts he has navigated: consumer loyalty at scale, cybersecurity and endpoint protection, engagement platform design, and the particular challenges that face organisations trying to connect heritage brand identity with current technology capability.

Under One Cloud
About Kevin

Kevin Gosney is an Infrastructure Manager with over two decades of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud migration, and large-scale systems engineering — including thirteen years at Thermo Fisher Scientific supporting operations across EMEA, AMER, and APAC. Now working with Under One Cloud, Kevin advises MTMG on infrastructure strategy, cloud adoption, and the operational realities of managing complex, multi-region technology environments.

Kevin Gosney

Infrastructure Manager — Under One Cloud

● East ● West

Kevin built his career from the ground up — progressing from first-line support through second and third-line engineering roles, to leading infrastructure projects across three global regions for a Fortune 500 organisation with over 70,000 users. That progression matters: it means his understanding of enterprise infrastructure is not theoretical. It was earned server by server, migration by migration, across some of the most demanding operational environments in global IT.

At Thermo Fisher Scientific, Kevin spent nearly thirteen years as a systems and senior IT engineer, ultimately taking on an EMEA-wide lead role covering server maintenance, cloud migrations, Active Directory domain migrations post-M&A, and large-scale Windows deployments across the UK and Europe. He has led site relocations, server decommissioning programmes, IP telephony rollouts, and complete infrastructure replenishments — the kind of complex, multi-strand project work that tests whether an engineer truly understands the systems they manage.

At Micheldever Group, he engineered and deployed an automated patching framework that eliminated manual overhead and guaranteed round-the-clock availability for a critical e-commerce platform. His current role at Under One Cloud continues that focus — bringing infrastructure rigour and cloud discipline to organisations navigating hybrid and cloud-first environments.

Kevin does not sit in client engagements. He sits with us — so we can serve better.

Infrastructure & Cloud Operations

Kevin brings MTMG a practitioner's understanding of what enterprise infrastructure actually looks like at scale — the complexity of hybrid cloud environments, the operational discipline required to manage multi-region systems, and the real-world challenges of cloud migration and M&A integration. Having led service delivery at Amazon EMEA, Thermo Fisher Scientific, and now Radisson Hotel Group, César advises MTMG on IT service management, KPI frameworks, and the operational discipline that makes technology ecosystems genuinely reliable.

César Moreno Crecis

IT Service Delivery Manager — Radisson Hotel Group

● West ● East

César has spent two decades working on a problem that sits at the heart of every technology organisation: the gap between what a service is supposed to deliver and what it actually does. His approach is direct — less noise, more clarity; less theory, more execution; less management, more ownership. That philosophy has produced measurable results across some of the world's most demanding IT environments.

At Amazon EMEA, he served as IT Programme Manager for Service Delivery Control, owning ITSM governance across the region, designing executive-level KPI dashboards, and driving continuous improvement through process optimisation and automation. At Thermo Fisher Scientific, where he spent over thirteen years, he progressed from senior IT analyst through IT Process Analyst and project manager for UiPath automation initiatives — reducing SLA breaches, improving customer satisfaction scores from 65% to 95%, and preventing over two million dollars in losses through critical systems conflict resolution.

César holds ITIL certifications across service strategy, operations, and continual service improvement, and brings a bilingual (English and Spanish) perspective to cross-functional, multi-region operations. His experience spans financial services, education, global logistics, and hospitality — giving him an unusually broad understanding of how service delivery challenges vary by industry and scale.

IT Service Management & Operational Excellence

César brings MTMG a practitioner's perspective on what it takes to make IT operations genuinely work — the governance frameworks, KPI structures, incident management disciplines, and stakeholder alignment that separate high-performing service environments from chaotic ones. When MTMG's clients are navigating operational complexity or service transformation, César's experience gives us grounded, execution-ready insight.

Senior Channel Enablement Manager — 1Password

● South ● East

Kendra's career sits at the intersection of technology, partnerships, and the enablement work that actually makes channel ecosystems function. Across roles at 1Password, BitSight, Pegasystems, and Nuance Communications — and earlier in her career at Lightbridge and Sense Labs — she has built the programmes, content, portals, and training systems that help partners engage effectively, close confidently, and grow sustainably.

At Pegasystems, she created and scaled a global monthly partner webinar programme that drove meaningful revenue-aligned content to a large international partner network. At BitSight, she managed the full RFP process, implemented PRM tooling, and delivered measurable efficiency and cost savings across the partner programme. At 1Password, she is currently leading the launch of a new partner portal experience and developing the enablement infrastructure that supports Channel Account Managers across the global partner ecosystem.

Kendra's earlier experience at Nuance Communications — spanning over ten years across technical sales, project management, and programme operations — gave her a grounded technical foundation that distinguishes her approach to enablement. She understands how technology actually works, which makes her considerably more effective at helping partners understand and sell it. Her time as a Channel Partner Enablement Consultant with MTMG deepened that connection to the MSP and technology advisory space.
