About MTMG In Good Company

MTMG In Good Company is a curated event series designed for MSP owners, technology leaders, and channel partners. Events are intentionally small, structured to protect trust, and focused on real conversation — not pitches or transactions. Six formats serve different needs, from keynote gatherings of 80–150 leaders to invitation-only dinners for 20. Attendees, hosts, and sponsors all benefit through deeper relationships, clearer thinking, and credibility built on presence rather than promotion.

Connection is the strategy.

Most events are designed around selling. Booths, badges, and back-to-back meetings that leave everyone tired and no one better connected.

We built In Good Company as an antidote to that. Every gathering is curated, intentional, and structured to protect the thing that actually creates value: real conversation between people who trust each other.

"Business works better when incentives are aligned, people know each other, and trust comes before transactions."

Six ways we bring people together.

Each format is designed for a specific kind of conversation. All of them share one rule: no pitches, no pressure, no wasted time.

What people usually want to know.

What makes In Good Company events different from standard conference networking?

Most networking events are designed around volume — more badges, more booths, more handshakes. In Good Company events are designed around depth. Every gathering is intentionally small, carefully curated, and structured to give conversations room to actually go somewhere. There are no vendor demo floors, no sponsored keynotes selling a product, and no pressure to pitch. The format itself creates the conditions for meaningful relationships to begin.

How do I attend or get invited to an In Good Company event?

Most In Good Company events use a curated guest list rather than open registration. Some, like The MTMG Patio, offer limited public registration through Eventbrite. The best way to stay informed and be considered for future gatherings is to connect with the MTMG community directly — start a conversation with our team and we will make sure you hear about the right events as they come together.

Can my company sponsor or co-host an In Good Company event?

Yes — but sponsorship here works differently than at most events. Co-hosts and sponsors are selected based on fit with the audience and the other partners in the room. We limit category overlap deliberately to avoid competitive conflicts and preserve the trust the format depends on. If you are interested in sponsoring, reach out and we will have a direct conversation about whether it is the right match — for you and for the attendees.

Where do In Good Company events take place?

Events are held at a mix of conference-adjacent locations, regional venues, and private spaces. Upcoming events include The MTMG Patio at Black Tap in The Venetian during Channel Partners week in Las Vegas. We also host gatherings in partnership with regional centres and partner facilities. Events are always selected for their ability to support genuine conversation — not just foot traffic.

Is In Good Company only for people already in the MTMG ecosystem?

Not at all. While many attendees are existing MTMG clients, partners, or community members, a significant part of what makes these events valuable is bringing in new voices. If you are a technology leader, MSP operator, or ecosystem partner who values thoughtful conversation over transactional networking, you belong in the room. The community grows through the right introductions — not just through existing relationships.

The next right conversation is closer than you think.

Whether you want to attend an upcoming gathering, explore co-hosting, or simply learn more about how In Good Company events work — let's have a real conversation.
